Time & Location

Jan 15, 2020, 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM

Talmud Torah's East Commons Room , 4330 Cedar Lake Road, Saint Louis Park, MN, USA

About The Event

We're excited to welcome Larry Kraft and Nadia Mohammed (both newly elected Councilpersons for Saint Louis Park) and Amaya Fokuo, Student Chair of the Students' Human Rights Commission at St. Louis Park High School.

The panel will be discussing their connections to Martin Luther King Jr. as a role model. They will also facilitate an engaging dialogue about life in multi-cultural schools, and how alliances can be formed to create a world with more justice and tikkun olam. Needless to say, this mirrors a major component of our 7th and 8th-grade programs at Talmud Torah.
